We all know that core strength promotes efficiency and endurance on the bike...

...and helps to prevent overuse injury.  But it might also feel like a struggle to find the time to do it, especially if you're not seeing results.

And that's because most trainers skip over the most important prerequisite to building a strong core: creating a mind-body connection.

Core strength exercises are about more than just going through the motions.  Like cycling, they require technique and practice in order to become more efficient.

Imagine feeling powerfully connected to your core in your next workout so that it no longer feels like a waste of time or a chore.

Finally get stronger from the inside, out...without wasting time.

I'll be hosting a live [virtual] 45-minute workshop where

You will learn what your core is, and how to activate those muscles so that you can effectively strengthen them.

Whether you are a visual learner or kinesthetic, or metaphors do the trick, you will learn how to connect to muscles that you might not even know exist by learning exactly how to connect your mind to your body.

I'll be sharing tools and techniques that I teach to my 1:1 clients and those with my membership, FREE!

Join Me via Zoom on Sunday, 2/27/22 1pm PST

Hi, I'm Alexis!  For over 10 years, I have been helping people get strong from the inside out by first helping them to find their core. My method is informed by my experience as a Pilates instructor, personal trainer, avid cyclist and swimmer.  I have taken what I have learned through the lows of being sidelined by injury, and the highs of continually getting stronger to be able to help other women like you.  I know that we athletes would rather be outside doing our sports, but I also know the value of training from the inside-out in order to get stronger, build more endurance, and to help prevent overuse injury, so that we can continue to do the sports we love, and get stronger for the toughest endurance sport there is: life!
