Consistently 3-5 times per week.

When you are doing core strength exercises, are you:
Doing mostly "abs exercises" like crunches and planks.
Doing a variety of exercises that focus on spinal mechanics.
I don't do core core strength exercises on a regular basis.
Question 3 of 5
During core strength exercises, do you tend to wonder...
Am I doing this correctly? Or, Where should I be feeling this?
I got this. I know exactly what to do, what I should be feeling, what to do and how often.
None of the above: I don't even know what I should be doing or how often.
Question 4 of 5
Are you getting enough core strength work in?
I'm not really sure. What counts as 'enough'?
Yes, I prioritize core strength work. I know that I can't perform my best if I don't.
I try to get it in, but it is so easy to forget and there is so little time! maybe if I just keep doing my swim/bike/run workouts, my core will get stronger.
Question 5 of 5
From 1-10, how satisfied are you with your level of core strength?
1-4: It's definitely not the best. It's hard to find the time and motivation to do core workouts.
5-7: It's not the best. But it's not the worst. I feel like I don't need to do any 'extra' work to maintain my fitness or get faster.
8-10: Rock solid. I know that I am as strong as possible. I'm getting stronger, fitter, and faster and I'm bulletproof against overuse injury.
